Targeted formula for back, neck & spinal discomfort

Neck and back stiffness often arise from poor posture, prolonged sitting, repetitive strain, or degenerative changes of musculoskeletal structures. This formulation contains homoeopathic medicines classically used to relieve muscle soreness, stiffness, ligamentous strain and neuralgic discomfort.

Composition:
Arnica montana 3X, Rhus toxicodendron 6X, Lachnanthes tinctoria 6X, Ruta graveolens 6X, Calcarea fluorica 10X, Ledum palustre 3X, Bryonia alba 4X, Hypericum perforatum 4X

Indications:
• Pain, stiffness and tenderness in neck or back
• Muscular soreness following strain
• Reduced mobility of the spine
• Pain aggravated by initial movement
• Chronic tightness in paraspinal muscles
• Localized discomfort due to overexertion

• Vertigo due to spondylitis

Dose:
10–15 drops two times daily. In acute presentations, 10–15 drops every 30 minutes or as directed by the physician.
